Me: What does the Lion think when it stands infront of a mirror?
Intellectual: Well, it is Obvious. Poor chap, Will see it as another Lion.
Wise man: Lion is not a poor chap. It hasn’t yet lost its wisdom offered by the Nature.
Intellectual: oh..poor me…looks like I have given you the opportunity to pour all your so called widom on us…
Me: Are humans who feel that they see themselves in the Mirror, poor Chaps then?
Intellectual: (with bit exasperation) this is for you, Wise man.
Wise man: (with bit excitement)
People who see that as just their image are ok, but not those who got carried away by that image. Those poor chaps gets into the Image trap and lacks the intelligence to differentiate themselves from that image.
(I stopped the Wise man who gently stopped the interference from the Intellectual and tried to continue…)
Me: I don’t get you, Sir.
Wise man: (by stopping Me with a stare) Let me talk and Don’t interfere…mmm what was I saying???
Intellectual: The people who are carried away by their image on the mirror are fools, and those who consider it as just their reflection are Intelligent…
Wise man: Correct…, but do you know why I told that Lion has the natural wisdom?
Intellectual: That’s what I was trying to ask you by interrupting, but you…
Wise man: ah…ok..ok..Intelligence itself is something artificially offered by the God to Human. The Plants, Trees, Goat, Cow etc..all got what it requires to live on this Earth from God and emptied him. When the human turn comes, nothing is there with him to offer. It was an embarrassing situation for God and hence offered them an artifical thing called intelligence so that human can survive on this earth.
(I was stunned. Intellectual interrupted him as if he got something up from his knowledge treasure)
Intellectual: This sounds like a Greek mythology where Prometheus got the Fire from God to offer it to Human…
Wise man: Yes. Almost the same. With that Fire or Artificial Interlligence only Human have evolved to where they are now.
Me: (with a high degree of excitement) oh..the Human is passing that Fire now, even to Machines. The entire world is now caught with this Fire in the form of ML, AI etc…
(Wise man was combing his beard with his thin and long fingers and nodded his head by looking at me with an eternal smile)
Intellectual: (looks at Wiseman with a confusion) but, human never Call their Intelligence as Artificial one. Only the Intelligence imparted to the Machines is called as AI, isnt it?
(Wise man was excited by this question. I felt that the discussion is turning out to be an intense one)
Wise man: (his beard has curled out to his chest now. Still he was combing it to curl out beyond his chest) The living being are fuelled by their basic needs such as Love, Lust and Anger (Kama, Moga and Crotha)which eventually makes them think and act to fullfill their needs. It is completly Natural. Strangely, human never stops thinking and it continues even after their needs are fulfilled. Humans get anxious when they don’t think…
This continuous thinking resulted in stripping off the human from this universe or nature. They are left all alone now, which propelled their anxiety to the next destructive level of separating or stripping themself from the fellow human beings. Human actions are now split Into Thinking act and Physical act. This split or isolation never stopped and even divided oneself into the Body and Soul. Humans with this pseudo or Artificial Interlligence lost their ability to comprehend the whole thing which they are part of.
( Intellectual looked drained and I was delving into something new and serious. After few minutes of silence, Wise man continued )
hey Intellectual, you seem to be drained and at the same time amused. Do I sound funny?
Intellectual: (as If he expected that question) yeah, true. Looks like you are trying to portray the entire Human Evolution as Devolution. Very Clever indeed. You want to retain the crown of wise man by being different.
Me: (as If enlightened) hey Intellectual, he has a point. Humans invented Machines, because they want to get rid of the physical labour. They also want to get rid of from their thinking which is based on the pseudo or Artificial Interlligence they posses. So, human are returning or in the path to attain the Natural Intelligence or wisdom possessed by the fellow living creatures.
Intellectual: Wise man is capable of confusing people around him. You are not an exception. I don’t get your point.
Me: (Stopping the Wise man’s interruption) Once the Machines start think like human, we call it as AGI (Artificial General Intelligence), human doesn’t have any role to play here. Means, there will not be any need for the role they played with their Artificial Intelligence. They will become just another animal with Natural intelligence, like the Wise man told.
Wise man: Exactly, this is what I wanted to convey. This is the Freedom that human aspire to get right from the day they were created by the God. You have articulated it very well young man. What Do you do?
Me: I am an AGI based robot working for the company who created me. This coversation is such a great Learning for me. I appreciate your time. I am confident that I will liberate all the human by replacing them in very near future. Bye for now.
(Intellectual stands complelty baffled, where as the Wise man with that same eternal smile)
